It’s fair to say that 2020 hasn’t turned out how any of us expected! At African Adventures, the Coronavirus pandemic has presented a number of challenges – not least the rescheduling or refunding of all our planned trips for this year.

We know that the travel landscape looks uncertain for the next few months, but we can’t wait to get back to doing what we do best – providing life-changing volunteering experiences in Ghana, Kenya and Zanzibar. Our partner projects are also eagerly waiting to welcome volunteers back when they are able to do so.

We’re looking forward to things getting back to normal soon, and, with this in mind, we’ve now made it even easier to plan the trip of a lifetime for 2021 with our new Book with Confidence policy.

Our policy is designed to give you extra flexibility and peace of mind for 2021 bookings made up until 31st December 2020, and includes:

Flexible Changes:

Change your trip dates for free up until 1st May 2021 (excluding any airline charges).

Covid-19 Cover:

Specialist volunteer travel insurance which includes cover for suspected or confirmed Coronavirus.

Full Cash Refunds:

If your trip is cancelled by African Adventures, you’ll receive a full cash refund.

ATOL Protected:

All our trips are financially protected through the ATOL scheme.

Things may feel uncertain right now, but this will pass, and when it does, we’ll be ready and waiting to give you an unforgettable experience in Africa. In the meantime, from both African Adventures and our partner projects, thank you for your ongoing support!
