Planning a school trip can be a daunting task, especially when you have limited time as a teacher! If you’re looking to take your students’ learning beyond the classroom, where they can develop new skills while contributing to real change in a developing community, our team of experts are here to support you. We organise your school trip from start to finish, allowing you and your students to focus on what truly matters—creating a lasting impact at one of our partner schools.

Here’s how we support you every step of the way:

Selecting the right trip for you

A member of our partnerships team will guide you through our various trip options, allowing you to select the ideal destination for your group. A detailed itinerary will be provided, including the cost, so there are no hidden extras.

Dedicated UK Travel Coordinator

A Group Travel Coordinator will be your primary point of contact and will plan every aspect of your trip. From booking flights to selecting the right partner school for your group, they are here to take the stress out of the organisation for you.

Information Evening

We understand that having all the information is key to a successful trip. That’s why we host an in-person information evening at your school to support the promotion of your trip. It’s a great opportunity to address any questions from students and parents and share exciting details about the adventure your group will be going on.

Comprehensive Pre-Departure Preparation

An African Adventures Trip Host

Once you arrive at your destination, enjoy the peace of mind that comes with having a dedicated local trip host. This knowledgeable guide will accompany you throughout your trip, helping you navigate the local culture and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
