To celebrate the launch of our new programme in The Gambia, African Adventures is delighted to launch our Prize Draw for Schools, offering one lucky UK secondary school a free volunteer trip to The Gambia for five students and two teachers, in partnership with The Gambia Experience.
The 7-night trip will take place on 6th April 2027 (subject to flight availability). The winning school can choose five students to travel, accompanied by the teacher who entered the prize draw and an additional teacher from the same school.
The group will make a real difference by volunteering at one of our new partner schools in The Gambia, where they can help teach in lessons, coach sports, or build new classrooms.
Away from volunteering, they’ll have the opportunity to enjoy our Taste of Gambia Day and Gambian Culture Day tours, two unique experiences that bring together history, culture, wildlife, local cuisine and coastal life, and taking students into the heart of authentic Gambian life.
Entering the Prize Draw for Schools is quick and easy. Teachers simply complete the short form below, and their school will be entered into the prize draw.
